The Hip Hop community lost another one of it’s greats today. Queens, New York native Malik Taylor, a.k.a. A Tribe Called Quest‘s Phife Dawg, has died aged 45. The exact cause of death is unknown as yet, but Phife has struggled with health problems for years, suffering from diabetes and undergoing a kidney transplant in 2008. As part of the iconic ATCQ crew, Phife leaves behind one of the most revered legacies in Hip Hop.
