I’ve been passionate about Hip Hop since age 12, when I first heard A Tribe Called Quest’s “Check the Rhime”. Since then, I’ve logged hundreds, if not thousands of hours engulfed in the throes of what we know as Hip Hop music and culture. A lover of many different types of music, I became aware of the multitude of knowledge I had acquired around 2008. I thought this knowledge could be best put to use in creating a Hip Hop blog of my own, which I ran and maintained for the better part of 2 years. Currently involved in some non-music projects, I feel like this is the perfect time to get back to my roots.
